Zac Efron‘s swimming pool incident began when he dove into the water … the dive was so deep, he hit the underside of the pool and ingested water into his lungs … TMZ has discovered.
Sources near the state of affairs inform us Zac went for a swim with buddies very early Saturday morning in Ibiza when he determined to take a dive.
We’re instructed Zac ingested a considerable amount of water into his lungs when his chest hit the underside of the pool on the dive … and he confirmed indicators of misery and onsite safety helped him out of the water.
Our sources say Zac was momentarily dazed and he was taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure.

In the course of the hospital go to, we’re instructed Zac took a chest x-ray to verify the water was gone from his lungs. He was cleared for launch inside hours however remained on the hospital as a result of there have been a ton of photogs outdoors who had gotten wind he was there.
Zac’s since posted a photograph of himself understanding the following day … and our sources say he went proper again to his regular schedule after getting again to his villa from the hospital.
In actual fact, our sources say Zac went out to dinner Sunday evening in Ibiza and returned to the US right this moment … and he is again dwelling and wholesome.
