To help you anticipate and navigate all that Netflix has to offer, TVLine presents this comprehensive list of all the TV shows, movies, documentaries and specials making their debut on the streaming service this month — all as a free supplement to our daily What to Watch and weekly TVLine-Up columns.

Among Netflix TV shows this January, you have Shonda Rhimes’ Inventing Anna (starring Ozark scene stealer Julia Garner), Will Arnett’s improvisational comedy Murderville, the Kanye West docuseries jeen-yuhs, Vikings offshoot Vikings: Valhalla, and second seasons of Raising Dion, Space Force and Sweet Magnolias.

More from TVLine

Netflix movies this month, meanwhile, include a Tall Girl sequel, the Wu Assassins follow-up Fistful of Vengeance, the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Tyler Perry’s A Madea Homecoming.

TVLine also offers a look at what’s coming up on Apple TV+ (where Adam Scott, Patricia Arquette and Christopher Walken are clocking in as part of Severance), Disney+ (which is reviving early-aughts Disney Channel comedy The Proud Family), HBO Max (launching a second season of Raised by Wolves), Hulu (which is pressing play on Pam & Tommy), Paramount+ (unspooling new episodes of Star Trek: Discovery), Peacock (coronating a new Fresh Prince of Bel-Air) and Prime Video (where The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is returning to the main stage).

Want scoop on any streaming series? Email InsideLine@tvline.com and your question may be answered in those columns.
