2:04 PM PT — Ryan Umina, the legal professional for the city of Monongah, tells TMZ … Nathan Latham resigned this morning and town remains to be investigating the incident.
The Mayor of Monongah, JohnBoy Palmer, confirmed Nathan Lanham is not employed by the city … after the uproar over Lanham pointing a gun at a neighborhood girl named Beth Delloma.

As TMZ reported, Delloma was arrested and hit with a felony cost for fleeing in a car recklessly … and she or he was in jail from Thursday to Monday, when a choose lastly tossed the cost.
Lanham confirmed no remorse as he laid out his facet of the story in a legal grievance … saying all of it kicked off when he pulled Delloma over and requested for her car registration, driver’s license, and proof of insurance coverage.
When Delloma stated the docs have been at her home, Lanham claimed he advised her he’d be towing the automobile and she or he couldn’t go away — that’s when issues escalated … as seen within the dramatic footage, which ended with him body-slamming Delloma to the bottom and cuffing her as she screamed for assist.
Delloma stated she wasn’t certain if he was an actual cop … and when she requested to see his badge, issues went from zero to 100 actually quick.
With the incident caught on digicam, horrified locals have rallied collectively and thrown their assist behind Delloma.
Lanham had been Monongah’s chief of police previous to his departure.
