Donald Trump‘s lodge in Miami is being sued by a person who claims he was injured leaping feet-first right into a pool that was much more shallow than he was led to imagine.
In line with a brand new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a New Jersey man named Salvatore Musumeci Jr. claims he was at Trump Nationwide Doral Miami on enterprise in February 2023 when he jumped feet-first right into a swimming pool he says was marked on the pool deck as being 6 ft 3 inches deep.
Downside is … the man claims the pool depth was truly simply 3 ft 6 inches deep … and he says he sustained severe and everlasting private accidents because of leaping into the shallow, mismarked pool.
The person is suing the Trump Group and Trump Worldwide Resort Group for — in his view — negligently and carelessly sustaining the pool space and pool deck by mismarking the pool depth.
He says his accidents brought about him ache and struggling that required medical therapy, and says the ordeal resulted in expensive medical bills … and now he is going after the Trump Group and TIHG for unspecified damages.
We reached out to the Trump Group and TIHG … thus far no phrase again.
