Todd Chrisley‘s lawyer says his shopper’s being extraordinarily mistreated behind bars … and the fact TV star’s hoping President Trump involves the rescue.
Todd’s lawyer, Jay Surgent, tells TMZ … he had a protracted discuss with Todd on Tuesday, and Chrisley instructed him a few bunch of nasty remedy he is allegedly being subjected to inside FPC Pensacola in Florida.
He says Todd instructed him a jail guard not too long ago ripped off the MAGA sticker Todd had positioned on a chair in his cell. He says Todd watched in silence because the guard eliminated the pro-Trump sticker, not talking up for concern of additional retaliation.

Surgent says Todd feels his cell is being “shaken down” by guards each day … he claims they’re flipping over his mattress, throwing his books on the ground and looking out via his garments.
Todd even claims a guard as soon as poured a Pepsi on his mattress.
His lawyer says the alleged poor remedy is all as a result of unhealthy consideration Todd has delivered to the circumstances at FPC Pensacola, which is being shut down this 12 months.
Todd is serving out a 12-year sentence for financial institution fraud and tax evasion and his lawyer says he is hoping for a pardon from Trump. His spouse Julie‘s locked up too for a similar factor.
Surgent tells TMZ … “Todd and his wife would like to be considered for pardon, but it will be up to President Trump to review their cases. Todd has faith he will be given due consideration, because he feels that he never received constitutional protections in a fair criminal justice system.”
Price noting … Todd and Julie’s daughter, Savannah, spoke ultimately 12 months’s RNC … railing on the justice system and the prosecutors who went after her mother and father.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons declined touch upon Todd’s allegations however says they’re “committed to ensuring the safety and security of the individuals in our custody, our employees, and the public.”
The BOP provides … “Allegations of misconduct are thoroughly investigated and appropriate action is taken if such allegations are proven true, including the possibility of referral for criminal prosecution when appropriate.”
