The CW has set 8 PM, Wednesday, February 8 for the premiere of the ninth and final season of The Flash. It will be followed at 9 PM by the midseason return of Kung Fu.

The Flash premiered on The CW on October 7, 2014. The debut episode surged to become the network’s most-watched telecast of any series in the history of the network with over 6.8 million Total Viewers in final L+7 Nielsen ratings. The series won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite New TV Drama and was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Special Visual Effects in 2015.
