SNL introduced again its Shut Encounter sketch collection throughout its fiftieth anniversary particular this week, with blasé alien abductee Colleen Rafferty (Kate McKinnon) recounting her experiences to Pentagon officers (Aidy Bryant and Jon Hamm) alongside two others (Pedro Pascal and Woody Harrelson).
Although Colleen is unfazed by the entire ordeal by now, the fifth time apparently nonetheless is not the attraction, as her newest encounter with the extraterrestrials remains to be notably much less awe-inspiring than the opposite interviewees’ experiences. Fortuitously, she is not the one one getting repeatedly pantsed by aliens. It appears garnering alien disrespect runs within the household, with Colleen’s mom (Meryl Streep) becoming a member of in on the interview as effectively.
