Ten folks allegedly concerned within the brutal beating that finally killed inmate Robert Brooks have been charged in connection to the demise … with six of them going through homicide fees.
Nicholas Anzalone, David Kingsley, Anthony Farina, Christopher Walrath, Mathew Galliher and an unnamed suspect who hasn’t been arraigned but all face fees of second-degree homicide within the violent beating.
Three others — Michael Mashaw, Michael Fisher and David Walters — have been charged with manslaughter. Nicholas Gentile has been charged with tampering with bodily proof.

The 9 suspects who had been arraigned Thursday reportedly pleaded not responsible to the costs. Whereas the tenth suspect was unable to be arraigned at this time, he’s reportedly not a flight threat.
