Good deed right here by Sherri Shepherd … she’s serving to feed hungry and needy people this Thanksgiving … by passing out a whole lot of frozen turkeys in New York.
Sherri joined forces with Meals Community star chef Anne Burrell and designer Dapper Dan to provide the birds out Monday in Harlem … and the charitable occasion seemed to be a giant success.
The celebs partnered with Harlem’s Run By Melba’s Restaurant owned by Melba Wilson and GUMBO Manufacturers to ensure people had one thing on their kitchen tables this week … passing out meals in entrance of the eatery.
Sherri, Anne and Dapper even took their donations on the highway … climbing onto public transit buses that stopped in entrance of the restaurant to see if passengers needed a free turkey … and there have been loads of takers.
