Ashley Hamilton, an actor who was as soon as married to Shannen Doherty, bought arrested after police say he threatened a lodge worker with a knife.
Legislation enforcement tells TMZ … Ashley was arrested a bit of after 5 AM on Aug. 24 following an incident in a complicated Beverly Hills lodge, when a staffer instructed cops the actor pulled a knife and took a preventing stance.
Cops say Ashley was asleep on a sofa within the lodge foyer when the worker woke him up and instructed him he could not sleep there … and we’re instructed Ashley began arguing, and issues rapidly escalated.
Police say Ashley brandished a pocketknife, and the worker took off operating to name 911. When cops arrived, we’re instructed they discovered Ashley after which recovered the knife within the foyer.
Legislation enforcement says the lodge staffer needed to press expenses — so Ashley was arrested for misdemeanor brandishing and was taken to an area hospital to get checked out for probably being below the affect.
Finally, cops say Ashley was given the all-clear on the hospital, and officers then cited and launched him.
Ashley tells TMZ … the worker startled him, and that is why he pulled the knife, although he barely even remembers the incident.
Within the hospital, Ashley says he instructed medical doctors he took some drugs, together with oxycodone, which he says he was prescribed because of a most cancers prognosis.
Ashley, son of actor George Hamilton, says he is battling squamous cell pores and skin most cancers and has undergone two surgical procedures and coverings … and that is why he is taking ache drugs.
He tells us he meant no hurt to the worker … however cops say the case can be submitted to the L.A. County District Lawyer’s Workplace for submitting consideration.
