Rosemary’s Miami, the beloved Italian neighborhood restaurant from New York Metropolis is now open within the coronary heart of Wynwood (322 NW twenty fifth Road). The brainchild of Casa Nela hospitality group founder/proprietor Carlos Suarez, Rosemary’s Miami is a little bit of a homecoming for the Cuban-English restaurateur, whose household referred to as Miami house for shut to twenty years. “The foundation of the Rosemary’s concept is comfort, a space to step out of your busy life for a moment and enjoy delicious food at affordable prices in a place that evokes the feel of the Italian countryside.”

To that finish, and very similar to its northern predecessor, Rosemary’s Miami is firmly planting its roots by repurposing a single-story shoe warehouse and adjoining empty lot, reworking them right into a lush oasis for al fresco eating, set amidst an city farm that evokes the aura of a lush, charming Tuscan villa. Little question, Rosemary’s Miami delivers a considerate and elevated eating expertise rooted in sustainability and regionally sourced components whereas reminding the broader neighborhood that nice design and meals may be approachable.

On the helm in Miami is Government Chef Craig Giunta, whose spectacular vitae consists of Mom Wolf, Concours Membership, and Macchialina. At Rosemary’s, the kitchen is simply steps away from its freshest components—actually. The restaurant’s on-site city backyard, created in collaboration with Little River Cooperative, brings Miami’s vibrant flavors to life with homegrown citrus, herbs, greens, and flowers.?From aromatic rosemary and fennel to zesty kumquats and key limes, Giunta incorporates garden-grown components into almost each dish.

The menu – echoing Rosemary’s deep-rooted connection to the land – showcases quite a lot of seasonal greens, handmade pastas, and recent seafood. Diners can count on an array of focaccia, together with home favorites similar to Eggplant Caponata with roasted greens, pine nuts, and agrodolce, and Orecchiette with house-made sausage, broccoli rabe, Fresno chili and Parmigiano. Dishes unique to the Miami location embody a Crudo of bluefin tuna, seasonal citrus, fennel, coriander, and basil; Linguini with Florida Rock Shrimp, lemon, bomba chilis, and garlic; and Heritage Porchetta with zucchini salad and Calabrian date scorching sauce.?For dessert, company can indulge within the widespread Olive Oil Cake, Tiramisu, and Bombolini with Nutella crema. A inventive cocktail checklist affords Italian spritzes, zero-proof libations, and twists on the classics. The wine checklist options Italian wines, curated to enhance the menu.

Rosemary’s is called after Suarez’s mom and pays tribute to her scrumptious, made-with-love home-cooked meals and the vegetable backyard she tends in Lucca, Italy. It was the glow of those reminiscences that sowed the seeds for what would turn into Rosemary’s – a restaurant that evokes the spirit of a household eating room warmed by the craft and the love emanating from the kitchen. Combining a relaxed, botanical design, polished but hospitality-focused service fashion, and scrumptious, cheap meals, Rosemary’s is the kind of neighborhood restaurant any neighborhood needs and deserves.

Designed by NYC inside design agency Dekar Design, who created all seven Casa Nela eating places, the 7,000 sq. foot indoor-outdoor area evokes the sensation of an city farmhouse, combining rustic appeal with fashionable touches. An outside backyard supplies the right cultivation space for in-house produce and herbs.

Rosemary’s is positioned at 322 NW twenty fifth Road in Miami, Florida. Dinner is served Sunday – Thursday, 5PM – 10PM; Friday & Saturday, 5PM – 11PM.  Lunch, Brunch, and Completely satisfied Hour coming quickly. For added info, go to: www.rosemarysnyc.com/location/miami.
