We broke the information that Brittany Lee Dejardo was searching for court-ordered safety towards Isabella Avila, AKA OnlyJayus … claiming her ex stored coming round her residence, was verbally abusive, and allegedly used her huge social media accounts to berate her.
Brittany beelined it to courtroom earlier this month and requested a decide for a brief restraining order … however that was dismissed Thursday.
Docs obtained by TMZ present the petitioner, Isabella’s ex Brittany, failed to seem for the restraining order listening to … and the case is dismissed with out prejudice for lack of prosecution.
OnlyJayus informed TMZ on the time the non permanent restraining was issued that her ex’s request was crammed with falsehoods and issues being taken out of context.
