The coed who says a coach ran up from behind him and choked him with a rolled-up shirt earlier this month is now planning to sue the person and his faculty … telling TMZ Sports activities he is coping with again ache and several other different points stemming from the scary incident.

14-year-old Michael Moon says all of it occurred again on June 4 … after a coach at his Ypsilanti Center College had seen him “horseplaying” with considered one of his feminine classmates.

Moon claims the coach requested him to do pushups as a result of interplay — however when Moon informed him he could not do them due to a hand harm he had just lately sustained … he says the person grew to become upset.


Moon tells us the coach pulled him from a classroom, known as him names, threatened him, after which pushed him. Moon says he pushed the coach again, earlier than he walked away in an try and de-escalate the state of affairs.
