Michael Lohan ain’t holding again about his estranged spouse, Kate Main — this after she was arrested in Texas following their heated confrontation in the course of the street.
A rep for the Kimble County Sheriff’s Workplace tells TMZ … Kate was arrested and booked Friday at 11 am for violation of a safety order.
Michael defined to us why he was pressured to get cops concerned … referencing the video of the showdown with Kate earlier this week, claiming she wasn’t presupposed to be in his home or driving the automobile — each of which she did.
He has an order of safety towards her, and says her driver’s license is suspended … which is why he tried to cease her on the street and watch for cops to come back deal with the scenario.
As for Kate’s newest arrest, Michael tells us, “The decade of lies and deceptions represented by Kate are now catching up as well … I was never the abusive one and I was never violent.”
