Erik and Lyle Menendez will NOT have their day in courtroom this month … as a result of their upcoming resentencing listening to has been postponed, and it is all due to California Governor Gavin Newsom.

The Menendez Brothers have been set to enter a courtroom March 20 and 21 for the primary time since their Nineteen Nineties homicide trials … however now their resentencing listening to is delayed as a result of Newsom ordered an investigation into whether or not they’re match to return to public life.

Resentencing is now irrelevant for Erik and Lyle, with Newsom short-circuiting the entire course of by directing the state’s Board of Parole Hearings to conduct a “risk assessment investigation” on the brothers.
