Prosecutors say Dr. Plasencia, a doctor at an pressing care middle, would usually inject Matthew with massive doses of ketamine … even administering the drug at Perry’s dwelling.
Dr. Plasencia is charged with conspiracy to distribute ketamine, distribution of ketamine leading to loss of life, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and altering and falsifying data associated to a federal investigation. He is pleaded not responsible.
