Los Angeles County’s new District Lawyer Nathan Hochman is about to get sworn in by former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger … and TMZ is streaming dwell.
Hochman is changing outgoing D.A. George Gascón, who Nathan says was means too mushy on violent and repeat offenders throughout his 4-year time period … and apparently voters agreed.
It is becoming … Hochman says he will terminate a whole lot of the insurance policies he calls lenient that Gascón was recognized for … like not prosecuting drug possession and trespassing offenses … and he is turning to the “Terminator” star to get his first day in workplace began.
One of many first orders of enterprise for Hochman might be reviewing the Menendez Brothers case.
Erik and Lyle are hoping to get out of jail … both by resentencing, having their convictions modified from homicide to manslaughter, or by clemency … and Hochman instructed us final month he was able to sink his tooth into the case.
