Jay-Z claims the Jane Doe who accused him of rape in an explosive lawsuit knew full effectively no such factor ever occurred … and now he is dragging her to court docket over it.
The music and vogue mogul simply filed a lawsuit towards his nameless rape accuser and her lawyer, Tony Buzbee.
Within the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Jay claims his accuser stored pushing her false rape story within the media and within the courts regardless of allegedly admitting the assault story wasn’t true.
He claims the Jane Doe advised Buzbee he did not assault her and the lawyer “pushed her to go forward with the false narrative of the assault by Mr. Carter in order to leverage a maximum payday.”
Jay-Z says the entire thing was an “evil conspiracy” to get him to pay Buzbee an enormous sum of cash to maintain the allegations quiet … though Buzbee and the girl knew they have been pushing lies.

As we reported … the girl dismissed her lawsuit final month with prejudice, which means it may’t be filed once more.
Jay says she in the end admitted to his authorized staff that she was mendacity the entire time … and he claims Buzbee remains to be attempting to extort him with false claims that Jay-Z’s folks have been harassing Jane Doe since she dropped the lawsuit.
HOV goes after his accuser and her lawyer for damages.
