Here Is the 2022 CMT Awards Winners List: Full List

Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean won the top award, video of the year, at the CMT Music Awards, which were held on Monday (April 11) at Nashville Municipal Auditorium. They won for their hit collaboration “If I Didn’t Love You.” Underwood and Aldean won a second award for collaborative video of the year. This brings Underwood’s total of CMT Music Awards to 25, which is more than any other artist. She has won video of the year an astonishing 10 times.

Cody Johnson was also a double winner on the night, taking both male video of the year for “Til You Can’t” and the CMT digital first award for “Dear Rodeo” from CMT Campfire Sessions.
