Elizabeth Good‘s kidnapper, Wanda Barzee, was again behind bars for a quick second … as a result of she was arrested in Utah for allegedly violating the circumstances of her supervised launch.
Police in Salt Lake Metropolis inform TMZ … Wanda was arrested Thursday after detectives found she allegedly visited not less than two public parks on the town.
The difficulty … Barzee is a registered intercourse offender in Utah and going to a public park is a giant no-no for her.
Cops say Barzee allegedly went to Liberty Park and Sugar Home Park … and she or he was booked into Salt Lake County Metro Jail on one depend of violating Utah’s legislation limiting registered intercourse offenders from getting into protected areas, together with public parks.
