The Philadelphia Eagles clawed their strategy to a 15-12 victory over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, in a defensive battle that had followers on the sting of their seats.
This win helped the Eagles bounce again from their latest loss to the Falcons, but it surely was C.J. Gardner-Johnson who stole the highlight along with his on-field efficiency and post-game antics.
Gardner-Johnson, a former Saint turned Eagle, didn’t maintain again when addressing the media after the sport.

They managed to include Derek Carr, who entered the sport boasting the NFL’s finest passer ranking. Carr’s ultimate stat line was a meager 142 yards with only one landing and an interception, a far cry from his earlier performances.
Gardner-Johnson’s affect on the Eagles’ protection has been instant and vital.
In simply three video games, he’s racked up 19 tackles and a go deflection.
His return to Philadelphia after a 12 months with the Lions has helped shore up a secondary that struggled mightily final season.
Whereas he’s had a couple of lapses in protection, the Eagles’ resolution to carry Gardner-Johnson again in free company is already paying dividends.
His swagger and playmaking means are respiration new life into Philadelphia’s protection.
