Diddy pressured a lady to eat a drink after which sexually assaulted her in a Los Angeles nightclub, telling her to “take that s***” … no less than in line with a brand new lawsuit.
The Dangerous Boy Data founder is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims he sexually assaulted her in November 2016 at Membership Playhouse in Los Angeles.
In keeping with the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the girl claims Diddy approached her within the membership and supplied her a drink, and when she initially refused he advised her, “Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that s*** and shut the f*** up.”
The girl claims she downed the drink as a result of Diddy scared the crap out of her with the way in which he forcefully slid the glass in the direction of her.
She says after consuming the drink, Diddy positioned his proper arm round her in a facet hug and shoved his left hand up her skirt, forcefully penetrating her along with his fingers.
Throughout the alleged assault, the girl claims Diddy advised her, “Bitch I do what I want, take that s***.” She claims his entourage was laughing close by whereas he assaulted her.

Within the docs, the girl says she was in the end in a position to escape Diddy and he or she left the membership and hailed a trip again to her lodge, the place she says she felt so disoriented she wanted assist getting again to her room.

They proceed … “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The girl is being represented by Texas lawyer, Tony Buzbee, who’s suing Diddy on behalf of 120 purchasers … and he or she’s going after Diddy for damages.
