The accusations in opposition to Diddy hold stacking up — he is now going through one other sexual assault lawsuit by a Jane Doe who says she was underage when the alleged assault occurred.
In authorized docs obtained by TMZ — an unnamed girl has come ahead and is suing Diddy and two John Does who she claims have been with him.
The girl claims in 2000, when she was 16, she bumped into Diddy and two males, who apparently labored for him, in an SUV after leaving a babysitting job in Manhattan. She says they supplied her a journey residence, and after a lot stress from Diddy, she finally agreed.
Within the authorized papers, she claims she obtained scared once they didn’t drop her off at residence … and Diddy allegedly gave her a drink to calm her down, which she says left her groggy.
She says they then took her to a different location, the place Diddy allegedly raped her. She claims she was later left within the foyer of the constructing the place she lived.
She’s suing for unspecified damages, claiming she’s suffered ongoing monetary damages, bodily harm, ache, and severe emotional misery.
Diddy is at the moment locked up at MDC Brooklyn on expenses like racketeering conspiracy, intercourse trafficking by drive, fraud, or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He’s denied all expenses, along with his trial scheduled for Could.
Combs’ authorized crew tells TMZ … “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
