The Federal Aviation Administration is now investigating the incident.
This newest scare provides to a collection of unsettling airline incidents — Only a week in the past, one other Delta airplane flipped the wrong way up at a Toronto airport after touchdown, and there have been a number of different high-profile crashes this 12 months.
