“What has not changed, and what will never change, are the values this company was built on when Cracker Barrel first opened in 1969: hard work, family, and scratch-cooked food made with care.”

The corporate vowed to maintain the rocking chairs on the porch, a heat hearth inside eating places, peg video games on the tables, distinctive gadgets of their reward outlets, and classic Americana decor with antiques from their warehouse.

The corporate was additionally criticized by Steak n’ Shake, a rival eatery, which stated the brand new emblem was “a cheap effort to gain the approval of trend seekers.” The restaurant stated that “heritage is what got Cracker Barrel this far, and now the CEO wants to just scrape it all away.”

“Their logo was iconic and their unique restaurants were a fixture of American culture,” Donalds posted on X. “No one asked for this woke rebrand. It’s time to Make Cracker Barrel Great Again.”
