A Chipotle buyer smashed an worker within the face with a burrito bowl after she did not get a refund for her Uber Eats order — and the meals struggle was partially caught on video!

Test it out …  the footage begins with the sad buyer behind the counter at a Chipotle restaurant in Washington D.C. — making her personal meals with the shocked employees surrounding her.

At first, among the staff attempt to cease her from serving to herself to the grub … however their efforts fall flat.

The lady retains serving herself till one fed-up worker steps in and grabs the bowl, making an attempt to take it away … however, the client slams the dish within the worker’s face, inflicting meals to fly in all places.

The worker, Roberto Hernandez, was later interviewed by WUSA9 Information …  and he mentioned the client stormed contained in the restaurant final week, demanding a refund after she claimed Uber Eats delivered the improper order.

Hernandez mentioned he tried to purpose together with her, explaining that she wanted to get a refund for her burrito bowl from Uber Eats, and never straight from the restaurant … however the buyer would not hear, in accordance with Hernandez.

He says that is when she went behind the counter to make her personal burrito bowl, sparking the confrontation with staff. Hernandez says he is been traumatized by the incident … whereas the girl instructed the information org she “was right to a certain extent” — including, ““I’m not saying what I did was right but I’m not saying what I did was wrong.”

Chipotle additionally issued an announcement to WUSA9, saying the corporate is working with native regulation enforcement and hopes justice shall be served on this case.

TMZ obtained a duplicate of the police report filed by Hernandez … the report says the incident occurred December 21 when cops responded to a name for an assault at Chipotle.

Hernandez instructed cops the client tossed the burrito bowl at him after he tried to seize it, after which left the shop with a second bowl full of meals.

The report lists 2 offenses — easy assault and theft, which pertains to the two burrito bowls totaling $40. Police are nonetheless investigating and have but to arrest the cantankerous buyer.
