The property’s storied historical past provides to its attract. As soon as owned by resort magnate Conrad Hilton, who dubbed it “The House Where Dreams Come True,” it was later bought by billionaire David Murdock in 1980 and bought to businessman Gary Winnick in 2000 for a report $94 million, the New York Publish reported.
