New paperwork have shed extra gentle on the state of affairs … with regulation enforcement claiming the incident on the aircraft started when the person — recognized as David Leroy Carver Jr. — referred to as a Black flight attendant the N-word and claimed she was his “servant.”

Cops have been informed a witness on the aircraft tried to step in … however Carver allegedly threatened to punch this particular person and threw his chewing tobacco proper into their face.

The docs say Carver was then compelled to take a seat down, because the video reveals … and cops say a flight attendant tried to restrain him — although they are saying he slipped from the restraints and allegedly pulled his belt off and wrapped it round his knuckles as if to make use of it as a weapon.

Officers say a flight attendant was capable of wrench the belt away from him, and he remained in his seat till the flight landed.

Carver was arrested on the airport for interference with flight crew members and attendants … a reasonably severe federal offense.

Additionally, cops say Carver was fairly inebriated … as officers say they have been informed he downed six blended drinks on the flight.

Based on authorities, the case is being investigated by the FBI and the Grand Junction Police Division.

Breeze Airways tells TMZ … “Mr. Carter has been uninvited to travel with Breeze after the events that took place on Wednesday.”
