A South Korea trend model and textile producer’s headquarters in Seoul will get a shocking new look because of German structure agency behet bondzio lin architekten. Positioned in Seongsu-dong, a neighborhood traditionally identified for its purple brick manufacturing facility buildings, the brand new multistory construction defies the fabric’s historically angular utility by incorporating an undulating, drapery-like facade.
The architects conceived of a design impressed each by the move and suppleness of textiles and the constant rhythm of ocean waves. The shopper, W-Mission, sought to embody its model values of sanctuary, sacredness, and neighborhood with a design incorporating inside areas that encourage connection, craft, and a give attention to the long run.
