The person cops say went viral for knocking out a lady throughout a Rüfüs Du Sol live performance is getting the e-book thrown at him — he is been arrested on felony costs, TMZ has realized.
Pasadena PD tells TMZ … Julio Cesar Lopez Zavala was arrested Thursday and booked for felony battery with nice bodily harm, felony assault with nice bodily harm and misdemeanor battery … all for the vicious brawl that went down final week on the Rose Bowl live performance.
You will recall, a person — who cops say is Zavala — was recorded beating a lady unconscious on August 16 … as Rüfüs Du Sol had everybody else within the stadium having fun with the beat.
The violent incident is claimed to have occurred after the lady by accident spilled a drink on the person whereas strolling to her seat.
The sufferer, who has chosen to not reveal her id, spoke to KTLA in regards to the incident … saying she instantly apologized after spilling the drink, however the man accused her of doing it on objective.
She stated her attacker returned a half hour after the incident, allegedly screaming and threatening her earlier than the violence that unfolded within the video.
Rüfüs Du Sol has since spoken out in opposition to the violence at their live performance … calling the incident “completely unacceptable.”
