Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler could have retired from touring because of injury to his voice … however he took the stage and belted out some crowd favorites at his Grammys watch get together in Hollywood final night time.

The singer was joined by some music business heavyweights onstage, and he did not miss a factor … sounding easy and highly effective on a bunch of songs at his occasion, and by chance cameras have been there.

Aerosmith introduced in August final yr the band was accomplished with touring, because of Steven’s injured vocal cords, after 50 years of live shows. After months of working with medical doctors, the group mentioned Tyler’s voice — “an instrument like no other” — was too broken for them to go on the street anymore.

However Sunday night time, Steven Tyler held a Grammys watch get together on the Hollywood Palladium. A number of artists carried out … and because the get together went on, Steven jumped onstage and ended up singing six songs, with the assistance of some particular company.

Tyler took the stage to sing just a few Aerosmith songs — together with “Dream On,” Stroll This Means,” “Candy Emotion,” and “Toys within the Attic” — plus covers of the Led Zeppelin song “Heartbreaker,” and the Extreme song “Extra Than Phrases” … and he was joined on each of the songs by Extreme’s own frontman Nuno Bettencourt, who sang and accompanied Tyler on guitar.

Different large names sat in, together with Mick Fleetwood, Lainey Wilson, Chris Robinson, Jessie J, and Aerosmith’s personal Tom Hamilton.

Different celebs on the occasion included Tiffany Haddish, Joan Jett, Linda Perry, Billy Idol and Corey Feldman.

The occasion was held to lift funds for Steven’s personal Janie’s Fund nonprofit basis, which helps providers and packages addressing trauma of kid sexual abuse … and for L.A. wildfire aid organizations.

For now, Aerosmith followers who “Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” must accept this sort of present … we’ll take it!
