Bob Dylan followers looking for the last word memorabilia simply may discover the reply blowing within the wind … or on a collector’s web site that is hawking a few of his handwritten lyrics.
BD scribbled out the phrases to his iconic 1962 tune, “Blowing in the Wind” — beforehand ranked by Rolling Stone as one of many best songs of all time — in a lodge room again in 2011 for a collector. He even signed the paper for authentication functions.
Now, the lyrics penned by the person himself are promoting for $85,000 on the collector’s web site, Momentsintime.com.
“Blowin’ in the Wind” was included on Bob’s album, “The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan” in 1963. The folks tune is arguably Dylan’s signature tune, and in 1994, it was inducted into the Grammy Corridor of Fame.
