“Big Brother” winner Dick Donato is sounding off on Paramount+’s choice to axe the reside feed’s rewind and archive options, and he has a one-word principle on why they did it … cash!
We caught up with Evel Dick after the streaming platform retooled the reside feed — which left followers severely pissed, as a result of now they cannot watch again unfiltered moments. Followers speculated this was a method to maintain problematic moments in the home from plaguing the present … however DD is not bought on this principle, telling us that is seemingly a cash factor.
As Dick put it, Paramount+ and CBS do not care about controversy, as this usually captures followers’ curiosity and will get them to tune in. As an alternative, he factors to the very fact the present is filmed with HD cameras … and says archiving that footage seemingly prices a fairly penny.
Watch the vid, Dick — who gained season 8 of ‘BB’ — is fairly convincing together with his principle, as he brings up how followers used to report the reside feeds themselves … so, eradicating the characteristic will not stop controversy from surfacing, and will doubtlessly trigger totally different points.
Nonetheless, Dick did not downplay Paramount+’s choice, and slammed the streamer for screwing over devoted watchers.
He added, “It’s a big f***king deal. I figure anyone who has a life, has a job, has a family, has a girlfriend or boyfriend to f**k will use this flashback feature — ’cause you have a life.”
